The short version.

Age

You must be 18 or over to order, collect or receive alcohol. We check photo ID at the counter and at the door, and we will refuse to hand over an order to anyone who is under 18, can't show ID when asked, or appears intoxicated. Refused orders are refunded less any reasonable costs already incurred.

Orders and prices

An order is accepted when Square confirms payment and you receive our confirmation email. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Vintages can change without notice; if we can't supply what you ordered we'll offer an alternative or refund that line. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch, with a full refund if you'd rather not proceed.

Collection and delivery

See delivery & collection. Orders not collected within seven days may be refunded and returned to stock after we've tried to reach you.

Licence

Caulfield Cellars holds a Victorian packaged liquor licence. Liquor is supplied under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic). These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria.
